Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. Serve with your favorite side dish.

Spaghetti Bolognese

Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • 8 oz spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned and onions are soft.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Serve sauce over cooked spaghetti.
